Gratuity for the crew is not included in the charter fee. While entirely at your discretion, tipping is customary in the industry as a show of appreciation for exceptional service. Typically, gratuity ranges from 18% to 20% of the total charter fee, given directly to the crew at the end of the trip.

Our charter fee covers the rental of the yacht, crew services, fuel costs for standard itinerary routes, drinks, and snacks. Additional services like premium catering, onboard amenities (such as snorkeling gear, and water toys) specialized activities, or extended fuel consumption may incur extra charges.

Your safety and comfort are our priorities. In the event of inclement weather, our crew monitors conditions closely. We may suggest altering the itinerary, seeking shelter in protected areas, or rescheduling the charter for your safety. We aim to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience, adjusting plans as needed.

At Pure Energy Charters, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also considering the nature of our services and the preparation involved in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation within 30 days or more before the charter date: If you need to cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to the scheduled charter date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any applicable transaction fees.

• Cancellation within 15-29 days before the charter date: Cancellations made within 15 to 29 days before the scheduled charter date will result in a 50% refund of the deposit, minus any applicable transaction fees.

• Cancellation within 14 days or less before the charter date: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days or less before the scheduled charter date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Special Considerations:

• In the event that Pure Energy Charters needs to cancel the charter, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. If the charter gets canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions deemed unsafe for sailing), you will receive service credit, and your deposit can be used for a future time. The charter may be rescheduled at no additional cost, based on availability. There is no deadline for deposit credit. 

• Changes in the charter date may be accommodated based on availability and at the discretion of Pure Energy Charters. However, such changes may incur additional fees or adjustments to the deposit.
